- How do I create a room?Sign in, open the rooms page in your dashboard, hit Create, pick the room type (Colour or Editorial). The rooms page lives at /rooms.
- How do I invite team members?Open the team page in the dashboard, hit Invite Member, enter their email and pick a role. Roles map to room access — full guide in the knowledge base.
- What video quality settings are supported?Up to 10-bit 4:4:4 chroma in colour rooms, with SDR, HDR PQ/HLG and DCI signalling. Editorial rooms scale down to broadcast-friendly profiles when network conditions require it. Pick your defaults in the streamer settings.
- How do I record a session?We don’t record sessions. By design. If you need a deliverable, render from your NLE or grading app at the end — the cut you sent through Sessions is the cut you graded.
- Where do I download the apps?Public download for VDO Player at /downloads. Full catalogue (Streamer, Workstation agent, VDO OFX) inside your dashboard once you’re signed in.
