VDO Platform is currently a free beta, so there is nothing to refund yet. This page explains what happens now and what will change when paid plans launch. Applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. No charges during beta
VDO Platform is currently offered as a free, limited public testing beta. Access remains invite-only and capped. There are no subscriptions, fees, or charges during the beta period, so no refunds apply. We do not collect payment details to use the beta.
2. When paid plans launch
When we exit beta and introduce paid plans, a full refund and cancellation policy covering billing cycles, renewals, and refunds will be published here before any charge can be made. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe at that time.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws in your country or state. If you are unsure about your rights, consider seeking independent advice.
