This Refund Policy explains how VDO Technologies Pty Ltd(“we,” “us”) handles subscription fees, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for VDO Platform(“Service”). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and checkout terms shown at purchase (including billing cycle, currency, and taxes where applicable). Payment processing may be performed by our payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the self-service and account tools we provide, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not necessarily delete your account or data immediately. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period unless we state otherwise at purchase.

3. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly offer a refund in writing (for example, a stated money-back window on a specific offer). We may grant refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or service issues, at our reasonable discretion.
